We will complete the experience of full RENEWAL before the winter by learning Qigong philosophy with Zeynep Barut, discovering Ayurvedic Medicine Methods with Buğra Öktem, doing Kundalini Yoga with Dilara Moran and practicing Myotherapy and Breathing with Gamze De Lisen.

Dilara Moran
Dilara Z. Moran completed her education in advertising and communication in the USA, and started her career by working at Ogilvy WW while she was still in high school. She has worked on advertising and creative marketing solutions in many parts of the world, including New York / Bangkok / Istanbul.

After 17 years, she left the advertising industry and started social responsibility projects. She later created her own projects and brands and still provides holistic brand consultancy.
She is also the creator and host of the "Dilight Podcast" since 2019, and as of November 9, 2020, she has established the ONG Center, the space for High Frequency Studies.

Dilara Moran, a student of the world's most important Kundalina yoga teachers such as Guru Jagat, Tej Kaur Khalsa, Harijiwan, and a graduate of the RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science & Technology - Los Angeles and Majorca, founded by Guru Jagat, continues to give private and group lessons and teach this valuable technology to us with personalized solutions.

 

Zeynep Barut
Zeynep Barut, born in Istanbul in 1971, studied textile design at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University after graduating from the St. George Austrian High School. As of 2005, she began the practice of short form of Modern Yang style Tai Chi and Qigong with her master Sermed Tezel. She practised Wudang San Feng school of Tai Chi and Qigong, and medical Qigong chi-lel level 1 and chi-lel level 2 with her instructors and masters Eren Akalin, Master Yuan XiuGang, Master Luke Chan, and Master Zhou and was awarded authorization for training.
She started to teach Tai Chi and Qigong in 2007, and in the following years she provided training for private and group lessons in international companies and studios in Istanbul. As of 2013 she has been living in Marmaris and she continues her periodic Tai Chi and Qigong programs and private lessons in studios since then.

 

Gamze De Lisen
After graduating from Marmara University Cinema Department in Istanbul, she went to Australia in 2002 for Remedial massage, Bowen therapy, shiatsu, Kinesiology, Craniosacral therapy trainings for 4 years and received Myotherapy diploma. Afterwards, she went to Thailand and received training on Thai massage and the external use of herbs for muscle pain. She later worked at the migraine clinic in Tasmania and at various hospitals, pain clinics, sports and detox centers in Australia with osteopaths and chiropractors.  She specialized in rehabilitation and chronic pain in the USA, Bali and Israel.

Gamze has been working for her clients to lead a pain-free life for more than 11 years. She teaches people to discover the relationship they need to establish with their bodies in order to balance their postural disorders, to have a healthy, vigorous and problem-free body, to heal themselves and to reduce their pain without needing anyone.

 

Buğra Öktem
He was born in Tarsus, Mersin. After completing his secondary education at Private Tarsus American High School, he continued his education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. Between 1992 and 2005, he worked as a doctor in the tourism sector in Antalya and Marmaris.
In the meantime, he conducted research on herbal medicines in Germany, Austria, France and the Far East. He went to India to learn Ayurveda. Here he started to study at Gujarat Ayurved University, which is considered the best in Ayurveda by the Indian Ministry of Health. He opened the Rasayana Art of Living Center in Istanbul in order to serve with the experience of these works. Buğra Öktem, who regularly goes to the university where he completed his education in India and follows the researches, continues his studies mainly in İzmir and İstanbul.
