During his 11 years of active sports life, Doruk Kıvanç Sevinç has been involved in many extreme sports such as mountaineering, rock climbing, city and trail running. He was introduced to yoga in 2019 and yoga became a main part of his life.

After working corporate life form many years, he completed 200 Hours of Teachers Training in Hatha and Vinyasa styles under the guidance of Hamsa Saraswati (Hara Yoga) and Zeynep Kemaloğlu (ZK Studio).

Doruk actively guides many age groups to create body awareness on the yoga mat and to spread this awareness throughout life.

Deniz Coşkun was first introduced to yoga in 2016. Yoga became an important part of his life over time.

After completing the 200-hour Teachers Training Program with Ayça Güdücü Erdem and Gönenç Sılay, he had the opportunity to deepen his knowledge with Ayça Güdücü Erdem with the 65-hour YogaŞala Mentorship Program.

He participated in the Mindfulness Program with David Cornwell and then completed a 100-hour Yoga Therapy Solutions training with Nesteren Akçay and Müge Ece. Deniz has also taken an interest in Yin Yoga and thereby completed the 200-hour Yin Yoga Teachers Training Program with Lebriz Dedeoğlu. He has completed a 50-hour Kids Yoga and 15-hour Parent-Kid Yoga training with Başak Yüksel.

Sharing yoga with people of all ages is his passion. In his sessions, he aims to harmonize the body, breath and mind with each other and to reveal the human potential within each of us.
