To pause, to listen, and to hear our own rhythm again…

The period before menopause is a time for women to notice the signals of the body and to welcome change with awareness. To create space for this natural transformation, we designed the Pause & Bloom Perimenopause Weekend.

Set within the slow rhythm of the Aegean and the shade of olive trees, this three-day gathering invites women to see menopause not as a problem, but as a transition into a more conscious, stronger and freer phase of life—through knowledge, awareness and shared experiences.
