"Let’s meet at Art of Happiness Volume 2"

With its motto ‘A vacation with a purpose, a destination with meaning’ Club Marvy celebrates the spring with Art of Happiness Volume 2 to awaken the bodies, wipe out winter tiredness and to make a fresh start to summer on 20-23rd April with Joyful Spring theme.

Participants will increase their life energies by nourishing both their souls and bodies by learning different yoga classes such as hatha, vinyasa, yin yang for 4 days, as well as various meditations such as awareness, breathing, laughter; consisting of delightful workshops and very special flavours of Marvy cuisine inspired from Aegean. A serene destination in the midst of nature and perfect simplicity…

The meeting point of the calm luxury and the emotional freedom, Club Marvy is not an escape from everyday life, it is the return to a life well lived… In elaborately planned Art of Happiness where body and soul awareness and spring will be celebrated, guests will let their bodies to the original spell of the Aegean, experience a unique experience of freedom far from the madling crowds and all endeavours to fit in a world hustle.

 

April 20th / Saturday

17:30 - 18:30 Set the Sun, Rise the Moon

This nice moving-meditation class is about shifting our energy, and it’s about moving into the long weekend, leaving all the busyness of life behind us. Focusing where we are, inviting the mind to slow down and the increasing the awareness of the Nature’s beauty around us.

 

18:30 - 19:45 Spring Yoga: Soul and Body Cleansing

Instructor: Fulya Varışlı

With the awakening of nature, we will also animate our body, spirit and mind. We will also be doing breathing & meditation exercises in this practice by the Soft Yoga Flow which makes us feel our own bodies.

 

April 21st / Sunday

08:30 - 09:30 Yoga: Inhale Wake Up, Exhale Smile

Soft yet energizing Vinyasa Flow class, combined with cleansing Pranayama (yogic breath - work) practice. Let’s recharge our Jot of lLife and get ready for the day ahead of us.

12:00 - 12:30 Workshop: Body Scan Meditation

Instructor: Nihan Hantal

This guided meditation practice invites the practitioner to go on an expedition on their body. The attention is focused the on sensations of the body. The practice is completed by “scanning” one’s awareness through the entire body on a micro level. Can be done sitting or lying down.

 

12:30 - 16:30 Marvy Time – (Free Time, Spa, Massage)

 

16:30 - 17:00 Waking up to Spring

Instructor: Meltem Fakabasmaz

Spring promises the renewal, like a butterfly coming out of its cocoon. Flowers blossom, and start growing towards the sun. Days get longer. There is the energy of growing anew in the air.

 

17:00 - 18:00 Joyful PiYO Workout (Pilates & Yoga Mix)

With the arrival of Spring, our body wakes up and we need more energy and stretching. In this lesson, while rhythm of the music makes you feel more energetic, your body will become more fit with the Pilates and your mind will reach calmness by Yoga..

Transition from doing towards being. With this meditation, you are invited to stop, and turn your awareness to the world around you, noticing the changes in the nature, the glory of the living. This meditation helps orienting towards peace, simply by being.

17:15 - 18:15 Vinyasa Yoga: Refreshing Spring Yoga

Spring is a great motivational tool for regeneration... In this soft Yoga Flow, we will flow our negative energy and realize our body.

Do you feel the last rays of the Sun on your face and the last on your shoulders? Let’s re-connect with our inner sun, our light. Meditation practice combined with some mindful movement and balanced flow of yin and yang poses.
