June 26th / Wednesday

17:30 - 18:30 Temple Body - Hatha Yoga

Instructor: Müge Ece

Use this practice for getting know your body with a deeper understanding from your toes to your head. Your body is your temple.

18:30 - 19:00 Body Scan Meditation

Instructor: Müge Ece

You will scan your body and focus your attention and awareness to your bodily sensations with this guided meditation. You will feel rested and deeply connected with your body.

 

June 27th / Thursday

08:00 - 09:30 Morning Cleanse: Pranayama, Hatha Yoga & Meditation

Instructor: Michael J. Stewart

Our morning will begin with some gentle Asana practices to open the vital areas involved with the breathing process. These will include some twists, hip openers and shoulder openers. Once we effectively open the physical body, we will explore the fundamentals of Pranayama. Pranayama is a vital practice for the understanding of "energy' "life force". We will use a variety of breathing techniques to explore Pranayama. Once we establish the breath, we will use it as a method of Mindfulness meditation.

09:30 - 10:30 Yin Yoga

Instructor: Nino Kotolashvili

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga.

09:30 - 11:00 Breakfast

11:30 - 12:30 Bliss Body - Vinyasa Yoga

Instructor: Müge Ece

Smooth, yet soft flowing class to get your body ready to enjoy the day to the fullest. Your body will feel light, flexible and spacious when the class is finished.

12:30 - 15:30 Marvy Time

15:30 - 16:30 Get Grounded - Hatha Yoga

Instructor: Müge Ece

This class will consist of standing yoga postures. You’ll feel taller, stronger and deeply connected with the Mother Earth.

16:30 - 17:00 Why are you here?

In this talk we will focus of the simple practice of Intention (Sankalpa, in Sanskrit). How do we access our deepest desire to be more effective in our days and our life.

17:00 - 18:00 Be Here Now! - Pranayama and Gentle Yoga

Instructor: Michael J. Stewart

We will use specific asana sequencing combined with the breath to establish a calm concentrated outlook into our days. You can expect to do some gentle forward bends, hip openers, and standing balancing Asana to establish a firm seat and couple this with an even breathing technique called Sama-vritti Pranayama (The Square Breathing ) and Nadi Shodana, (The Balancing Breath).

18:00 - 18:30 Cleansing the Mind

In this Meditation class well explore the nature of the Mind to recognize the aspects that we function through. The Senses, The 'I" identifier, and The Discerning Mind will be explored.

 

June 28th/ Friday

08:00 - 09:30 Morning Cleanse: Pranayama, Hatha Yoga & Meditation

Our class will begin with some Asana to open the Body’s various energy centers, Shoulders, Hips and Core. Then the class will focus on cleaning the channels that Prana ( Life Force) flows through. The techniques are to clean the intestines, The Stomach, The Colon. We will also look at practices that open the centers of breath reception, The Nostril with specific techniques called Kapphalabhati. This will lead us into a Meditation that allows us to access to a Calm and clear mind to begin our day with freshness and a feeling of Abundance.

A rejuvenating morning yoga routine that takes less than 10 minutes to complete, this sequence of poses will give you a chance to set your intention for the day while stretching and realigning your body.

11:30 - 12:30 Ease into the Day - Hatha Yoga

This class is specifically designed for creating space in your bodies. Your Digestive system will love this practice.

12:30 - 15:30 Marvy Time

15:30 - 16:30 Yoga Therapy: Shoulder and Neck Tonic

Instructor: Müge Ece

Simple, soft yet deep postures with long holds will help you to release the tension on your shoulders and neck. After this class, you’ll feel light like a bird.

17:00 - 18:00 Move from where you are, Pranayama and Gentle Yoga

We each have specific conditions that exist in our Bodies and Mind space. This Class will focus on a Asana and Pranayama sequences that allow us to recognize these conditions and show us how to cope with where we are.

18:00 - 18:30 So-Ham Meditation

This Meditation is using the breath in conjunction with a simple Mantra to calm and steady the mind.

June 29th / Saturday

Here the class will focus on Kriyas (Cleaning Practice) Dynamic Asana Sequences and Focused Meditations utilizing the awareness of the Physical Body as a way to prepare you for your day.

09:30 - 10:30 Sun Salutation Yoga

Sun Salutation-a series of yoga poses performed in a continuous flowing sequence and intended to improve the strength and flexibility of the muscles. That most familiar of asana sequences, Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is as rich in symbolic and mythic overtones as it is in physical benefits.

11:30 - 12:30 Finding Balance - Vinyasa Yoga

Balance is not a static state but the continuous flow of moving in and out of one’s center. Come and play with your balance, coming in and out, exploring and meanwhile having fun. This class will fill you with delight.

12:30 - 15:30 Marvy Time

15:30 - 16:30 All about the Hips - Hatha Yoga

Body keeps the score and hips are the area that holds so many strong emotions, and tension. Keeping our focus on the hips, and moving from postures to postures, you will feel how they transform and your mood shifts. You will leave the class with the ease in your hips and so much lighter both in your body and in your soul.

In the world we inhabit, we are constantly running and feeling out of our element. How did we get here, and How we cope with this condition will be the focus of this insightful discussion.

17:00 - 18:00 Dynamic Gentle Flow - Pranayama and Yin-Yang Yoga

This Asana class will focus on a combination of Asana and Pranayama sequences that will be both dynamic yet gentle. You can expect to be grounded and invigorated by class end.

18:00 - 18:30 Partner Mindfulness Meditation

Instructor: Michael J. Stewart

This Meditation class will require each participant to explore mindfulness with a partner. We will explore unifying the breath and sharing movements to establish a place harmony and connection.

Refers to the loosening of bodily and mental tension. Keeping muscles in a constant alert state expends a great amount of your energy, which then is unavailable when your muscles are called upon to really function.
